Resolving our delivery problems

Firstly, let me apologise.

Our business is sending gifts out, and that means making sure that people receive them, and recently that has been difficult.

Over the past couple of weeks, for some reason we are yet to know, many of our shipped parcels did not arrive to recipients, and this has resulted in lots of angst and delays, which of course is not good at all!

We did ship the parcels as promised and we have issued refunds and replacements for many of these where people have contacted us. Many companies do not offer this and are very strict with replacements.

At the time we were using Royal Mail 2nd class as standard, and 1st class as an upgrade. 

Tracked mail

We have now switched to TRACKED mail, this of course increases the cost however will give increased information as to where the parcel is.

You will now be updated by email and text message when a gift arrives, so you can be sure what's going on, taking away that question of "has it arrived yet?"

We have been using this for a few days now and will continue to do so.

We are entering a very busy period and I would also like to explain that Royal Mail tracked have delivery "targets of 24 or 48 hours" however these are NOT guarantees. If something needs a guarantee, we still offer the next day guaranteed service.

Service

We are always trying to get the balance of service and cost right while giving customers choice, if you have any comments or suggestions we are always open on email or contact forms on our site.
